Pale straw in colour with subtle lemon and hay aromas, a delicate gooseberry palate with suggestions of guava and lychees. The great structure of this wine will produce a classic aged Semillon with time.
Brilliant gold/green hues. This aged Semillon has a typical nose giving limes mingled with smoked nuts. A flavoursome sophisticated palate finishing with a softness and slight sweetness. Will continue to mature.
Mid-gold in colour. The nose displays lifted honeydew and vanilla. The palate is refined/elegant with good structure showing stone fruit and citrus characters. Subtle oak is supportive but allows the fruit to dominate on the finish.
Deep colour and intense classic Hunter aromas; liquorice, blackcurrant and vanilla on the palate together with rich fruit, firm tannins and subtle oak make a truly delightful wine that will benefit from correct cellaring.
This wine has been hand crafted using 75% Shiraz and 25% Merlot. It has a rich plum colour and the nose displays lifted aromas of ripe plums and
blackberries. The palate is generous good fruit and oak integration.
Dessert wine made from Chardonnay and Semillon, pear and honey aromas with fresh sweet fruit on the palate and clean finish.
